Ordering

When will pre orders be available for international orders?

Short answer, not sure! These items will be moved into new arrivals once they arrive and you can order them from there. We'll post on Instagram when the new designs arrive if you want to stay up to date.

What if the item I want is sold out?

Please email us at customerservice@minttheory.com with the item(s) name, size, and color you wish to purchase to be added to a mailing list. We will update you as soon as the item(s) are back in stock.

Can I order by phone, fax, or email?

Mint Theory orders via Minttheory.com, Pinterest buyable pins, and our Facebook shop.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards at this time. 

Can I use more than one payment method when placing an order?

Unfortunately, multiple payment methods are not available at this time.

What if my credit card shows multiple charges?

If you have multiple charges on your card for the same order amounts, please let us know immediately by email customerservice@minttheory.com.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can only if your order hasn't entered the picking and packing stage. Please send your requests to customerservice@minttheory.com.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled only in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing stage. Please send your cancelation requests to customerservice@minttheory.com.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

You are welcome to exchange or return items purchased online provided that the following conditions are met:

Proof of purchase is provided
Items are unworn and in their original condition
Items are returned within 15 days of receiving your order
Refunds will be applied if the product is deemed faulty. Mint Theory reserves the right to determine whether a product if faulty and, if deemed so, a replacement will be shipped where possible subject to stock. If you wish to return an item:

Do you pay for my return shipping?

Please be advised that all posting and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser.
Faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. Mint Theory does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Shipping

Will international orders be charged in my country's currency?

All orders will be processed in USD. The currency toggle is to be used as a reference only. Please note the final price does not cover any customs delays, duties, or import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

How will my order be shipped?

We use USPS for all domestic and international orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!  We ship to a number of international destinations. If your area is not available at checkout, feel free to email us at hello@minttheory.com to request your location.

What if shipping isn't available in my country? 

If shipping isn't available in your country, send us an email at hello@minttheory.com to request your location. Please double check to make sure you don't have any Pre-Ordered items in your cart first, as this will display the 'shipping is not available in your country error' even if we do ship to your country!

What happens if my order does not arrive?
