U.S. Orders:

The FAQ page should answer all your questions. If not, feel free to email us at with any inquiry not listed. Kindly give us 24 hours to respond.

International Orders:

We hate dreaded international shipping costs just as much as you do! In order to help you out a bit, we've provided a low-cost option at checkout. However, this option does not provide tracking information outside of the U.S. and we are not responsible for the package once it leaves our border. The tracking page may display when the package was delivered (depending on location). However it won't inform you of any updates between the last U.S. location and your address. You can expect it to arrive within 15 business days (an estimate). If you'd like a tracking number overseas, you must select the Priority Mail International Shipping (Tracking Included) option at checkout. 

If shipping isn't available in your country, send us an email at to request your location. Please double check to make sure you don't have any Pre-Ordered items in your cart first, as this will display the 'shipping is not available in your country error' even if we do ship to your country!
